One-off session

During a 2-hour session, the participants have the possibility of exploring hand-building techniques of their choice, such as slab building, coiling and pinching as well as working with moulds or working on their proposed personal project. Various decoration and surface treatment techniques, including underglazes, slips and sgraffito as well as glazing techniques such as dipping and brushing can be explored by attending more than 1 session.
The possibility of exploring, learning and practicing various techniques will depend on the quantity of the sessions you would be interested to attend. If you plan to attend 4 sessions or more, the mini-trimester course may be a more suitable option for you.

    • 1st trimester:

      from 15-16/09/24 to 24-25/11/24

      (no session on November 10 and 11)

    • 2nd trimester:

      from 12-13/01/25 to 16-17/03/25

    • 3rd trimester:

      from 30-31/03/25 to 22-23/06/25

      (no session on April 20, 21, 27 and 28 and June 8 and 9)

    • Sunday evening, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

    • Monday evening, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

    • Suitable for all levels, from 16 years old

    • Follow a proposed technique/project or work on your personal project

    • Materials provided: slips, glazes, clay and firings

    • Teaching in English, French and Persian

  • Please bring an apron, blouse or suitable clothing.

    It is best to have short nails.

  • If cancelled by client:

    More than 14 days before the start of the session:

    • Postponement of the session within 3 months following the initial start date of the session by notifying Blue Room Studio

    Less than 14 days before the start date of the course:

    • No cancellation is possible

    • The session can be offered to a third person by notifying Blue Room Studio

    If cancelled by Blue Room Studio:

    • Complete refund

    or

    • Postponement of the date according to client's wishes within the availability of the sessions offered by Blue Room Studio
