Blue Room Studio offers a flexible residency program designed to support artists seeking time, space, and focus in a unique, community-oriented setting. Located in a recently and creatively renovated apartment by two artists, the residency includes two private rooms that can be rented by individual artists, an artist duo, or an artist accompanied by a partner or children. The apartment features a shared living/dining area, a separate kitchen, and a small bathroom, providing a comfortable and functional home base. Residency stays can be paired with access to studio space on the ground floor, allowing each resident to tailor their living and working environment to their specific creative needs.

1) The whole apartment: Rent both the large and small rooms, along with exclusive access to the shared living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom—ideal for artists with partners, families, or those desiring extra space.
2) The large room: A private room furnished with a queen-size bed, perfect for solo artists or artist duos seeking comfortable, spacious accommodations along with shared access to other living spaces.
3) The small room: A cozy, private room also furnished with a queen-size bed along with shared access to other living spaces.Each option can be paired with dedicated studio space downstairs, allowing residents to tailor their living and working environments according to their creative practice.

• Large room only (17 m²): €800/month
• Small room only (10,5 m²) : €600/month
Utilities are charged separately from rent and include electricity, gas, water, internet, and building charges. These costs are shared among residents and vary based on the number of people occupying the apartment:
• Individual resident: approx. €100/month
• Two adults (e.g. artist duo or artist + partner): €150/month
• Families (e.g. resident + partner with children): €200/month, depending on usage
These rates are based on average monthly utility costs and may be adjusted slightly depending on seasonal usage. Utility fees are calculated and billed monthly, in addition to rent.
